In Bulgaria we started a national campaign against our country’s accession to the WHO pandemic agreement scheduled for adoption on May 27, 2024. Many civil organizations, parties and individuals joined our demands by sending the document to the Council of Ministers, the National Assembly and the Ministry of healthcare. Hundreds of thousands of Bulgarians from the country and abroad joined the action.

Now we have also started a global campaign to reject the pandemic agreement imposed by the WHO. We sent a letter with requests not to sign this binding agreement to the European Council, the European Commission and the European Parliament, to individual MEPs, prominent politicians and activists in the fight against PLANDemic, as well as to some media in Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Here is the text of the document:

Regarding: Refusal to sign any agreements, pacts, contracts and other similar official documents with the World Health Organization

Dear Sirs,

With this letter, we declare to you that we are categorically against the signing of a pandemic agreement with the WHO.

For years now, the World Health Organization has tried and succeeded in seizing the sovereign rights of countries around the world over their internal politics and health care and imposing itself as some kind of omnipotent world body, single-handedly declaring states of “pandemics” and the implementation of violent, dictatorial and discriminatory measures on this basis, which measures have nothing to do with health care, but lead to totalitarian dictatorships and medical terror.

The WHO is currently preparing the so-called “new pandemic treaty”, which, according to them, should be signed on May 27, 2024. In it, new anti-democratic positions are set, leading to the liquidation of freedom and democracy as such, trampling on human rights and civil liberties and the forceful imposition of pseudo-health policies that would take away the sovereignty of nation-states. If this is accepted and signed, 196 countries will become colonies of a private organization in which the world’s pharmaceutical companies, banks, malicious NGOs and dubious businessmen, such as Bill Gates, have bought influence.

We remind you that the purposefully and maliciously prepared for years and violently carried out global special operation called “Covid-Pandemic” in the period March 13, 2020 – April 1, 2022, was nothing but a massive conspiracy to carry out global genocide . The evidence is as follows:

1. Never, anywhere in the world, by any scientific research center, scientific laboratory, team of researchers or individual scientist, physician or laboratory worker, has a virus of SARS-CoV-2 been detected and isolated and purified, according to Koch’s four postulates. A coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that causes the disease Covid 19 simply does not exist. We have evidence, official answers and documents on this issue by 168 scientific institutions, health institutions, laboratories and official state health authorities from 32 countries in the world, including Bulgaria.

2. Despite our written insistences, no differential diagnosis was made between the “viral disease” covid, chemical pneumonitis and nano-toxicosis, the symptoms of which overlap.

3. A system and method for testing COVID-19 was developed and patented on 13.10.2015 by Richard Rothschild, that is, 5 years before the “pandemic” broke out, before “such a virus was ever discovered”, and was named COVID- 19 which happened in 2019-2020.

4. In 2017 and 2018, 2 years before the outbreak of the “pandemic”, 6,962,400 test kits for covid-19 were distributed all over the world, including those imported into Bulgaria. This is announced on the World Bank’s WHITS site – an international trading center where purchases and sales related to the World Bank, UN branches, International Business Centers, etc. are registered. How is it possible that “tests” for a “virus” that was to be “discovered” in 2019 were imported in Bulgaria in 2017?

5. It is widely known that PCR tests can NOT diagnose any viral disease. The inventor of the PCR process, Kary Mullis, has said it publicly: “My discovery cannot recognize coronaviruses. They are using my PCR test for vile and inhumane purposes!”

6. Human DNA emits a weak electromagnetic signal. This DNA signal can be used for tracking people via special technology. With “PCR tests” human DNA signal is gathered. This violates several international conventions, the Constitution of Bulgaria and other national laws. French President Emmanuel Macron has officially refused to undergo a PCR test in Russia, explaining that he does not want to leave his DNA in a foreign country. The US is investigating why and how China stole the DNA data of millions of Americans with Chinese covid tests. In this sense, the mass “testing for covid” with foreign-made tests is a threat to the national security of any country, since the genetic material of its citizens falls into unknown hands. We insist that the EP demand a detailed investigation into whether there exists a technology for digital control of humans based on their DNA electromagnetic emission.

7. Many honest scientists, researchers and doctors found poisonous and dangerous substances such as: graphene oxide, chromium, copper, iron, vanadium, aluminum, chlorine, phosphate, silicon, sulfur, titanium, parasites, excessive amount plasmid DNA and other damaging constituents in all RNA “vaccines” against covid.

8. The transfection technology (lipid nanoparticles and mRNA) has been shown to be dangerous (even lethal) and should not be applied to humans.

9. Official statistics (VAERS) show that mRNA “vaccines” cause brain damage, myocarditis, heart attacks, paralysis, autoimmune diseases, infertility and many other harmful effects, diseases, disabilities and even death.

10. Additionally – companies producing “vaccines” all over the world, including Bulgaria, are legally exempted from liability for the harm, damage and deaths caused by their products.

11. The imposition of the “green certificates”, QR codes and digital identity is a vivid example of discrimination, segregation and coercion of participation in medical experiments, never applied in history even by the most tyrannical political regimes, including Soviet Bolshevism and German Nazism.

12. It is clear that the lies about the coronavirus are laid out in WHO documents in their orders, directions, instructions, which the rulers in all nation-states implemented against the will of the people. The WHO itself is a private organization funded primarily by Bill Gates and big pharmaceutical companies, which is a conflict of interest.

13. In many countries, including Bulgaria, citizens have submitted petitions for the termination of their countries’ participation in the WHO.

14. All the covid “measures” imposed on people: DNA signal gathering by “covid tests”, quarantines, green certificates and coercion for “vaccination” were done in violation of every state’s Constitution as well as many laws and international conventions such as the European Convention on Human Rights, the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Human Dignity in connection with the implementation of the achievements of Biology and Medicine: Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine and many others.

Dear Sirs,

Based on the above facts and arguments and the evidence presented, the conclusion is formed that the whole Covid hoax was not accidental, there were no medical reasons for it to happen, the goals were definitely political and malicious.

All of the above constitutes a number of crimes namely: national treason, participation in an anti-state conspiracy, promoting a policy of genocide, terrorism, a crime against humanity, illegal favoring of persons and business entities, crimes against the economy and many more.

In connection with the above, we request:

That the EP orders an investigation on whether and how the covid “tests” collect DNA electromagnetic signal;
That the EP orders an investigation on whether the lipid nanoparticle and mRNA (transfection) technology used in the covid “vaccines” causes damage for human health;
To suspend any PCR and antigen “covid tests”, injections and mask requirements, quarantines and the like that are currently in place or are planned to be introduced;
That all RNA injections, falsely called “vaccines” against the non-existent SARS-CoV-2 virus, be scrapped immediately, and that the contracts for their purchase be canceled and no more such be imported in the EU;
That all EU member countries refuse to sign any documents and agreements with the WHO at the WHO Assembly on May 27, 2024.

Concernant : Refus de signer tous accords, pactes, contrats et autres documents officiels avec l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé

Mesdames et Messieurs,
Par cette lettre, nous vous déclarons que nous sommes catégoriquement opposés à la signature d’un accord sur la pandémie avec l’OMS.
Depuis des années maintenant, l’Organisation mondiale de la santé tente et réussit à s’emparer des droits souverains des pays du monde entier sur leur politique intérieure et leurs soins de santé et à s’imposer comme une sorte d’organisme mondial tout-puissant, déclarant à elle seule l’état de « pandémie » et d’épidémie. La mise en œuvre de mesures violentes, dictatoriales et discriminatoires sur cette base, mesures qui n’ont rien à voir avec les soins de la santé, mais conduisent à des dictatures totalitaires et à la terreur médicale.
L’OMS prépare actuellement le soi-disant « nouveau traité sur la pandémie », qui, selon elle, devrait être signé le 27 mai 2024. Dans ce document, de nouvelles positions antidémocratiques sont énoncées, conduisant à la liquidation de la liberté et de la démocratie comme par exemple, le piétinement des droits de l’homme et des libertés civiles et l’imposition par la force de pseudo-politiques de santé qui priveraient les États-nations de leur souveraineté. Si cet accord est accepté et signé, 196 pays deviendront les colonies d’une organisation privée dans laquelle les sociétés pharmaceutiques mondiales, les banques, les ONG malveillantes et les hommes d’affaires douteux, comme Bill Gates, ont acheté de l’influence.
Nous vous rappelons que l’opération spéciale mondiale “Pandémie-Covid”, préparée délibérément et malicieusement pendant des années et menée avec violence pendant des années, entre le 13 mars 2020 et le 1er avril 2022, n’était rien d’autre qu’une conspiration massive visant à commettre un génocide mondial. Les preuves sont les suivantes :

Jamais, nulle part dans le monde, par un centre de recherche scientifique, un laboratoire scientifique, une équipe de chercheurs ou un scientifique individuel, un médecin ou un employé de laboratoire, un virus du SRAS-CoV-2 n’a été détecté, isolé et purifié, selon les quatre de Koch. postulats. Le coronavirus (SRAS-CoV-2) qui provoque la maladie Covid 19 n’existe pas. Nous disposons de preuves, de réponses officielles et des documents sur cette question émanant de 168 institutions scientifiques, institutions de santé, laboratoires et autorités sanitaires officielles de 32 pays du monde.
Aucun diagnostic différentiel n’a été posé entre la « maladie virale » covid, la pneumonite chimique et la nano-toxicose dont les symptômes sont identiques.
En 2017 et 2018, deux ans avant le début de la « pandémie », 6 962 400 kits de test de dépistage du COVID-19 ont été distribués dans le monde entier, y compris ceux importés en Bulgarie. Ceci est annoncé sur le site WHITS de la Banque mondiale – un centre commercial international où sont enregistrés les achats et les ventes liés à la Banque mondiale, aux succursales de l’ONU, aux centres d’affaires internationaux, etc. Comment est-il possible que des « tests » pour un « virus » qui devait être « découvert » en 2019 aient été importés en Bulgarie en 2017 ?
Il est bien connu que les tests PCR ne permettent de diagnostiquer aucune maladie virale. L’inventeur du procédé PCR, Kary Mullis, l’a déclaré publiquement : « Ma découverte ne permet pas de détecter les coronavirus. Ils utilisent mon test PCR à des fins ignobles et inhumaines! »
L’ADN humain émet un faible signal électromagnétique. Ce signal ADN peut être utilisé pour suivre des personnes via une technologie spéciale. Dans chaque « test covid », il y a un petit (nano) appareil qui collecte le signal ADN. Ainsi, avec ce que l’on appelle les «tests covid », le signal de l’ADN humain est collecté. Cela viole plusieurs conventions internationales, les Constitutions et d’autres lois nationales. Le président français Emmanuel Macron a refusé de se soumettre à un test PCR en Russie, expliquant qu’il ne souhaitait pas laisser son ADN à l’étranger. Les États-Unis enquêtent comment la Chine a volé les données ADN de millions d’Américains grâce à des tests chinois de covid. En ce sens, les « tests covid » effectués à l’aide de tests fabriqués à l’étranger constituent une menace pour la sécurité nationale de tout pays, puisque le matériel génétique de ses citoyens tombe entre des mains inconnues. Nous insistons pour que le Parlement européen exige une enquête détaillée pour déterminer s’il existe une technologie de contrôle numérique des humains basée sur les émissions électromagnétiques de leur ADN.
La technologie de transfection (nanoparticules lipidiques et ARNm) s’est révélée dangereuse et ne devrait pas être appliquée aux humains.
Les statistiques officielles (VAERS) montrent que les « vaccins » à ARNm provoquent des myocardites, des crises cardiaques, des paralysies, des maladies auto-immunes, l’infertilité et bien d’autres effets nocifs, des maladies, des handicaps et même la mort.
L’imposition des “certificats verts”, des codes QR et de l’identité numérique est un exemple frappant de discrimination, de ségrégation et de coercition en matière de participation à des expériences médicales, jamais appliquées dans l’histoire, même par les régimes politiques les plus tyranniques, notamment le bolchevisme soviétique et le nazisme allemand.
Dans de nombreux pays les citoyens ont déposé des pétitions pour mettre fin à la participation de leur pays à l’OMS.
Toutes les « mesures covid » imposées aux gens : la collecte de signaux électromagnétiques ADN par des « tests covid », les quarantaines, les certificats verts et la coercition pour la « vaccination » ont été effectuées en violation de la Constitution de chaque État ainsi que de nombreuses lois et conventions internationales telles que la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme des Nations Unies etc.
Par rapport aux arguments ci-dessus, nous demandons :
Que le PE ordonne une enquête si et comment les « tests covid » collectent le signal électromagnétique de l’ADN ;
Que le PE ordonne une enquête pour déterminer si la technologie des nanoparticules lipidiques et de l’ARNm (transfection) utilisée dans les « vaccins covid » cause des torts à la santé humaine ;
Suspendre tous les « tests covid » PCR ;
Que toutes les injections d’ARN, faussement appelées « vaccins » contre le virus inexistant du SRAS-CoV-2, soient immédiatement abandonnées, que les contrats pour leur achat soient annulés et qu’elles ne soient plus importées dans l’UE ;
Que tous les pays membres de l’UE refusent de signer tout document et accord avec l’OMS lors de l’Assemblée de l’OMS du 27 mai 2024.
